Tasting Notes

Aromas and flavors of peach, apricot and orange blossom with a nicely balanced residual sugar.

Winemaker Notes

This was tank fermented in stainless steel with a residual sugar of 5.4%. We halted the yeast fermentation before its completion, which left some sweetness in the wine - just enough to enjoy but not over-the-top to the point of the wine being too cloy.

Food Pairing Notes

A nice wine to enjoy with your favorite rich cheeses, almond biscotti with dried cherries & orange, and cheesecake!
